7-Day Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Product must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be intact
  • Product must not show signs of wear, damage, or tampering
  • Invoice or proof of purchase must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products with broken seals or opened packaging
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Important: Photographic or video proof of the damage must be submitted with your claim.

Refund Timeline & Method

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunds will be issued via bank transfer. Please provide your bank account details when initiating the return.

For prepaid orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Customer-initiated returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items: AresNova will cover return shipping costs and arrange pickup.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before shipment at no charge. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may initiate a return upon delivery.

To cancel an order, contact us immediately with your order number.
